Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, grated ginger, honey, minced garlic, olive oil, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the ginger mixture over the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
