- 4 fillets Salmon skinless
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Honey
- 2 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Chili flakes
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic, ginger, olive oil, and chili flakes.
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
