  • 4 fillets Salmon skinless
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili flakes

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic, ginger, olive oil, and chili flakes.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the glaze mixture over the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
