Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Salmon skinless
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Honey
- 2 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Chili flakes
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic, ginger, olive oil, and chili flakes. 
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 
- Brush the glaze mixture over the salmon fillets. 
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. 
- Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
