Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- ¼ cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Green Onions chopped
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, fish sauce, sriracha, garlic, ginger, and olive oil.
Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the glaze mixture over the salmon fillets.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
