- 2 cups Fresh cilantro chopped
- 1 cup Fresh basil chopped
- 1 cup Fresh mint chopped
- 6 cloves Garlic peeled
- 4 pieces Green chilies seeded and chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lemongrass minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
- 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
