Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Green curry paste
  • 400 ml Coconut milk
  • 500 g Chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 cup Vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, zucchini)
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Thai basil leaves
  • 1 cup Jasmine rice, cooked

Instructions 

  1. Heat the saucepan over medium heat and add the green curry paste. Stir for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Add the coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
  3. Add the sliced chicken breast and cook for 5-7 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Add the vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes until they are tender.
  5. Stir in the fish sauce, sugar, and Thai basil leaves. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with cooked jasmine rice.
