  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Green Curry Paste
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli) chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Basil Leaves fresh

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the green curry paste and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. 3. Pour in the coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
  4. 4. Add the mixed vegetables and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Stir in the soy sauce and sugar, then add the fresh basil leaves.
  6. 6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
