Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Green Curry Paste
  • 1 can Coconut Milk 400ml
  • 1 cup Broccoli Florets
  • 1 cup Sliced Carrots
  • 1 cup Sliced Bell Peppers
  • 1 cup Snow Peas
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 handful Fresh Basil Leaves

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the green curry paste and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add the broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, and snow peas. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Stir in the soy sauce and sugar. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in the fresh basil leaves.
  7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
