  • 1 bunch Green onions Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil For frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.
  2. Gradually add water while stirring to form a dough.
  3. Knead the dough until smooth, then cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Roll out the dough and sprinkle chopped green onions evenly.
  5. Roll the dough into a log and cut into equal pieces.
  6. Flatten each piece into a pancake shape.
  7. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook each pancake until golden brown on both sides.
