Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Green Curry Paste
  • 400 ml Coconut Milk
  • 500 g Prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Snow Peas
  • 1 cup Red Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Basil Leaves
  • 1 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 unit Lime, cut into wedges

Instructions 

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the green curry paste and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Pour in the coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add the prawns, snow peas, and red bell pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until prawns are cooked through.
  5. Stir in the fish sauce and brown sugar. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in basil leaves and cilantro.
  7. Serve hot with lime wedges on the side.
