Thai Green Prawn Curry

Main Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Green Curry Paste
- 400 ml Coconut Milk
- 500 g Prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup Snow Peas
- 1 cup Red Bell Pepper, sliced
- 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Basil Leaves
- 1 cup Cilantro, chopped
- 1 unit Lime, cut into wedges
Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add the green curry paste and cook for 2 minutes.
Pour in the coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
Add the prawns, snow peas, and red bell pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until prawns are cooked through.
Stir in the fish sauce and brown sugar. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in basil leaves and cilantro.
Serve hot with lime wedges on the side.
