Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger minced
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and red chili flakes.
  3. 3. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Grill the salmon fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.
  5. 5. Serve the grilled salmon with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
