Ingredients 

Vegetables

  • 2 cups Bell Peppers sliced
  • 2 cups Zucchini sliced
  • 1 cup Red Onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger minced
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, ginger, and chili flakes.
  3. Add the sliced vegetables to the bowl and toss to coat.
  4. Grill the vegetables for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.
  5. Serve hot.
