Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Red Curry Paste
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup Basil Leaves

Instructions 

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and cook until softened.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in the red curry paste and cook for another minute.
  4. Add the coconut milk, fish sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Stir well to combine.
  5. Add the sliced bell peppers and cook until they are tender-crisp.
  6. Stir in the basil leaves and cook for another minute. Serve hot with rice.
