  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Basil Leaves fresh

Instructions 

  1. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and onion, and cook until softened.
  3. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Add the basil leaves and cook until wilted.
  6. Serve hot with rice.
