  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 3 limes, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes

Instructions 

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground chicken and cook until fully cooked, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, mint, cilantro, and red onion.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, and chili flakes. Pour over the chicken mixture and toss to combine.
  4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
