Instructions
Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add the garlic and onion, stir-fry until fragrant.
Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for a few minutes.
Push the vegetables to the side of the wok and pour the beaten eggs into the center. Scramble the eggs until cooked.
Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Stir-fry everything together until well combined and heated through.
Remove from heat and garnish with green onions and cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.
