Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Spring Onions chopped
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped spring onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  3. 3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Add fish sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  5. 5. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
