Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Breast sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Red Curry Paste
  • 1 cup Basil Leaves fresh

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the chicken and cook until browned.
  4. 4. Stir in the red curry paste and cook for another minute.
  5. 5. Pour in the coconut milk, soy sauce, fish sauce, and lime juice. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Add the basil leaves and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. 7. Serve hot with rice.
