  • 8 pieces Lamb Chops
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, minced garlic, ground coriander, ground cumin, chili flakes, and vegetable oil.
  2. 2. Add the lamb chops to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Grill the lamb chops for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  5. 5. Let the lamb chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
