Thai Lamb Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Lamb cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoon Red Curry Paste
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 Red Bell Pepper sliced
- 1 Green Bell Pepper sliced
- 1 Onion sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 handful Fresh Basil chopped
Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
Add the lamb cubes and cook until browned on all sides.
Stir in the red curry paste and cook for another minute.
Pour in the coconut milk, fish sauce, and brown sugar. Stir well.
Add the bell peppers and bring to a simmer. Cook for 20-25 minutes until the lamb is tender.
Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
