Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rice flour
  • 1 cup Tapioca flour
  • 2 cups Coconut milk
  • 1.5 cups Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pandan extract for green color
  • 1 teaspoon Food coloring various colors

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix rice flour, tapioca flour, and salt in a bowl.
  2. 2. In another bowl, combine coconut milk and sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves.
  3. 3. Gradually add the flour mixture to the coconut milk mixture, stirring constantly.
  4. 4. Divide the mixture into separate bowls and add food coloring to each.
  5. 5. Grease a baking pan and pour a layer of one colored mixture. Steam for 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Repeat the process with different colors, steaming each layer for 5 minutes.
  7. 7. Once all layers are done, let the cake cool before slicing.
