Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Legs
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, brown sugar, and chili flakes.
  3. 3. Add the chicken legs to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
  4. 4. Place the marinated chicken legs on a baking tray and drizzle with vegetable oil.
  5. 5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
  6. 6. Serve hot with steamed rice or your favorite side dish.
