Ingredients

  • 4 fillets white fish
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 red chili chili sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Mix lemon juice, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, and chili in a bowl.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Cook fish fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  4. Pour sauce over fish and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve.
