Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 stalks Lemongrass, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Basil leaves
  • 1 unit Red chili, sliced optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the garlic and lemongrass, sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the beef and cook until browned.
  4. 4. Stir in the soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the basil leaves and red chili, cook for another minute.
  6. 6. Serve hot with rice.
