Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Chicken
  • 1 cup Carrots, shredded
  • 1 cup Red Bell Pepper, diced
  • 1 cup Green Onions, chopped
  • 1 head Butter Lettuce for wrapping

Sauce Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a skillet, cook the ground chicken over medium heat until browned.
  2. 2. Add the carrots, red bell pepper, and green onions. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. 3. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
  4. 4. Pour the sauce over the chicken mixture and stir well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve the mixture in lettuce leaves and enjoy!
