Instructions
1. In a skillet, cook the ground chicken over medium heat until browned.
2. Add the carrots, red bell pepper, and green onions. Cook for another 5 minutes.
3. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
4. Pour the sauce over the chicken mixture and stir well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Serve the mixture in lettuce leaves and enjoy!
