Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 piece Lime juiced and zested
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, lime juice, lime zest, honey, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2. Add chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. 4. Serve hot, garnished with extra lime zest if desired.
