Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Mackerel cleaned and gutted
  • 2 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 handful Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix fish sauce, lime juice, soy sauce, garlic, and sugar in a bowl.
  2. 2. Marinate the mackerel in the mixture for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Cook the mackerel for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. 5. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
