Main Ingredients
- 500 g Mushrooms sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
- 1 teaspoon Chili flakes
- 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the garlic and ginger, sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Add the mushrooms and cook until they are tender and golden brown.
Stir in the soy sauce, lime juice, and chili flakes. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
