Ingredients

  • 500 g Mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 1 teaspoon Chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger, sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the mushrooms and cook until they are tender and golden brown.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce, lime juice, and chili flakes. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
