Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 large mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  2. Add garlic and bell pepper, cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  3. Stir in soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add mango and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Mix cornstarch with water and add to the skillet. Cook until sauce thickens.
  6. Stir in basil leaves and serve hot.
