Thai Mango Chicken Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 large mango, peeled and diced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned.
Add garlic and bell pepper, cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Stir in soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add mango and cook for another 2 minutes.
Mix cornstarch with water and add to the skillet. Cook until sauce thickens.
Stir in basil leaves and serve hot.
