Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 500 g Chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Ripe mango, diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and onion, stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the chicken slices and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Add the bell peppers and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the mango, soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar. Stir well.
  6. Pour in the cornstarch mixture and stir until the sauce thickens.
  7. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
