Ingredients

  • 2 cups Ripe Mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Gelatin Powder
  • ¼ cup Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a small bowl, mix gelatin powder with water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
  2. 2. In a blender, puree the mangoes until smooth.
  3. 3. In a saucepan, heat coconut milk and sugar over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
  4. 4. Add the bloomed gelatin to the coconut milk mixture and stir until completely dissolved.
  5. 5. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Then, mix in the mango puree.
  6. 6. Pour the mixture into serving bowls and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
