Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 large Mango, diced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce, lime juice, and chili flakes. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and toss in the diced mango and chopped cilantro. Serve immediately.
