Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Stir in the soy sauce, lime juice, and chili flakes. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and toss in the diced mango and chopped cilantro. Serve immediately.
