Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 2 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Red Curry Paste
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 cup Chopped Bell Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Cilantro

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  3. Mix well until everything is evenly distributed.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and press it down evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through.
  6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
