Main Ingredients
- 500 g Minced chicken
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 unit Onion, chopped
- 1 unit Red chili, sliced
- 1 cup Basil leaves
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat.
Add garlic and onion, stir-fry until fragrant.
Add minced chicken, cook until no longer pink.
Add soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Stir well.
Add red chili and basil leaves, cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve hot with rice.
