Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g rice noodles
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 100 g bean sprouts
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 0.25 cup chopped peanuts
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add bell pepper and carrot, stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Add bean sprouts and green onions, cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar.
  6. Add cooked noodles to the pan, pour sauce mixture over, and toss to combine.
  7. Cook for another 2 minutes, ensuring everything is well mixed.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped peanuts and fresh cilantro.
