Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Rice Noodles
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper sliced
  • 1 Carrot julienned
  • 100 g Bean Sprouts
  • 3 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped Peanuts for garnish
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped Cilantro for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add red bell pepper and carrot. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  4. 4. Add bean sprouts and cooked noodles. Toss to combine.
  5. 5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, and brown sugar. Pour over noodles and toss to coat evenly.
  6. 6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped peanuts and cilantro.
