Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Rice noodles
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Carrot, julienned
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped peanuts
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped cilantro

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add the red bell pepper and carrot. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
  4. 4. Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  5. 5. Serve the noodles topped with chopped peanuts and cilantro.
