Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Oysters fresh
  • 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Chili paste
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to high.
  2. In a small bowl, mix fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, garlic, and chili paste.
  3. Place oysters on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes until they start to open.
  4. Remove oysters from the grill, top with the sauce mixture, and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
  5. Serve immediately.
