Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon Panang curry paste
  • 1 lb Chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 4 leaves Kaffir lime leaves, torn
  • 1 cup Bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup Basil leaves

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add Panang curry paste and stir for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Pour in coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add chicken and cook until done, about 10 minutes.
  5. Stir in fish sauce, sugar, and kaffir lime leaves.
  6. Add bell peppers and cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and stir in basil leaves.
