Instructions
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add Panang curry paste and stir for 1-2 minutes.
Pour in coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
Add chicken and cook until done, about 10 minutes.
Stir in fish sauce, sugar, and kaffir lime leaves.
Add bell peppers and cook for another 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in basil leaves.
