  • 10 leaves Pandan leaves
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Rice flour

Instructions 

  1. 1. Blend the pandan leaves with water until smooth. Strain to get pandan juice.
  2. 2. Mix the pandan juice, coconut milk, sugar, and rice flour in a bowl.
  3. 3. Pour the mixture into a steamer and steam for 30 minutes.
  4. 4. Let it cool before serving.
