Peanut Sauce
- ½ cup Peanut butter
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha optional
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place chicken wings on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until crispy and cooked through.
In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic, ginger, and sriracha.
Toss the cooked wings in the peanut sauce until well coated.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
