Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the beef slices and cook until browned.
  4. 4. Add the bell peppers and onion, stir-fry until tender.
  5. 5. Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, and sugar. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
