Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 piece Lemongrass smashed
  • 3 slices Ginger sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic smashed
  • 2 tablespoons Fish Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 bunch Cilantro for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, combine chicken broth, lemongrass, ginger, garlic, fish sauce, and sugar. Bring to a boil.
  2. 2. Add chicken breasts to the pot. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
  3. 3. Remove chicken from the pot and let it rest for a few minutes. Slice and serve with broth and garnish with cilantro.
