Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups Green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Red chili, sliced (optional)

Instructions 

  1. Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add the pork and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Add the green beans and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in the soy sauce, fish sauce, and oyster sauce.
  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well coated and heated through.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with sliced red chili if using.
