  • 500 g Ground Pork
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 cup Cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup Carrot, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Cilantro

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the ground pork and cook until browned.
  4. 4. Stir in the soy sauce, fish sauce, and brown sugar. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Assemble the bowls by placing cooked rice at the bottom, then topping with the pork mixture, cucumber slices, shredded carrot, lime juice, and chopped cilantro.
