  • 500 g Pork Jowl sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, ground black pepper, and minced garlic.
  2. 2. Add the sliced pork jowl to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Grill the pork jowl slices for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and slightly charred.
