  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Mix well until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Use to marinate pork for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.
