Ingredients

  • 500 g Pork Mince
  • 1 Onion diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Red Chili sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Basil Leaves

Instructions 

  1. Heat a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the pork mince and cook until browned.
  3. Add the onion, garlic, and chili. Cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the basil leaves. Serve hot.
