Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g ground pork
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon white pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 red chili, sliced (optional)

Instructions 

  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
  2. Add fish sauce, soy sauce, and white pepper to the eggs. Mix well.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add ground pork and cook until browned.
  5. Add chopped onion and cook until soft.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the pork and onions.
  7. Cook until the bottom is set, then flip to cook the other side.
  8. Garnish with green onion and red chili.
