Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g pork, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 0.5 cup fresh basil leaves

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add pork, cook until browned.
  4. Add bell peppers, cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, and chili flakes.
  6. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. Add basil leaves, stir well.
  8. Serve hot with rice.
