Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, and sriracha. Add pork slices and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
2. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Add vegetable oil and grill pork slices until cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
3. Assemble the sandwiches by layering pork, cucumber, carrot, red onion, and cilantro in the baguettes.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
