Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Pork Tenderloin sliced thinly
  • 4 Baguettes split open
  • 1 Cucumber sliced thinly
  • 1 Carrot julienned
  • 1 Red Onion sliced thinly
  • 1 cup Fresh Cilantro chopped
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, and sriracha. Add pork slices and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Add vegetable oil and grill pork slices until cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  3. 3. Assemble the sandwiches by layering pork, cucumber, carrot, red onion, and cilantro in the baguettes.
  4. 4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
